following three questions: (as wellan remember)

1. Would the State Department like toifferent government in Guatemala!

2. Vould tbe State Departmentovernment established by the use cf force?

3- Does the State Department wish CIA to take steps to bringhange of government?

The first question was answered positively. The second question was answered negatively. The third question was not answered clesrly but by implication, positively.
